A perfect physical appearance doesn't mean you have a perfect feminine hygiene. You can add make up over previous make up and that probably won't be noticed, but there are even worse things. A recent study on over 1,000 woman revealed the fact that many of the general manners for feminine hygiene leave a lot to be desired.

When asked to answer the question "Have you ever worn dirty clothes?", 85 percent of the questioned woman answered positively. 52 percent admitted they also reused dirty underwear. The woman with such habits should know that they are exposed to plenty of diseases, as the underwear germs can easily make it on their hands, face and so on. The risk of catching a disease or disorder is very high.

40 percent of the women around the world respect the 5 seconds rule. This means that if you can pick up the food from the floor in less than 5 seconds, you can safely eat it. Well, this is completely wrong. Germs invade food almost instantly. Since you don't need a lot of them to get sick, you might want to take in consideration throwing the food from the floor to the garbage.

75 percent of the women who took this questionnaire admitted that they usually ease nature in the bath tub. How often should you take a shower? Well, it depends how much you sweat. A third of the women in the world don't take daily showers. How unhealthy is this habit? Surprisingly, it is not very unhealthy. Germs feel like home in the perspiratory glands spots, specially when they had some work to do. The more they stay there, the worse they smell. This isn't a risk for your healthy, but definitely for your friends.

If you wash your hands after using the toilet, you are part of the 76 percent women who do the same. Then you might be careful whose hand you shake. That's because your stomach might suffer from a rickety feminine hygiene. You'll feel the fact that you forgot washing hands through gastrointestinal disorders. Washing hands is the most efficient way to stop the circulation of most diseases.

Also, keep in mind that if you don't brush your teeth before going to sleep, you will allow germs to multiply freely. Specially as while you sleep, saliva loses its properties of killing germs. Although all these problems might be common for both men and women, they are more important in women's feminine hygiene.
